Il lancio di un nuovo modello "R" è stato sempre un momento decisivo per Yamaha, e la R9 non fa eccezione. Una nuova generazione di Supersport

La R9 adotta una collaudata tecnologia derivata dalle competizioni e la combina con l'acclamata piattaforma motore a tre cilindri che ha rivoluzionato il marchio Yamaha negli ultimi dieci anni. Il connubio tra questo famoso propulsore a coppia elevata e la rinomata maneggevolezza di precisione da gara di Yamaha crea un modello Supersport perfettamente bilanciato che merita il suo status di ammiraglia della R Series.

Mantenendo molte delle caratteristiche di design ispirate alla MotoGP che sono diventate sinonimo dei modelli Yamaha Supersport, la R9 rappresenta la progressione che ci si aspetta da una nuova generazione, mentre le sospensioni di livello R1 e l'impianto Brembo sulla ruota anteriore offrono precisione, maneggevolezza e agilità elevate, per le quali la gamma Yamaha Supersport è rinomata.
