Find out moreThe LC8c engine has much of the ferocity of the ultra-edgy KTM 890 DUKE R. With all the energy it gets from its 115 hp and 92 Nm, this compact liquid-cooled 8-valve powerplant is the most compact twin-cylinder engine in its class, with a thrust well beyond its weight in terms of power delivery.
The incredible handling characteristics of the KTM 890 DUKE are based on the dynamic, load-bearing design of the tubular frame. The engineers' goal was to keep the chassis as rigid and compact as possible for more precise cornering entries and greater lean angles, so that it glides away into corners with maximum responsiveness.
A 760 mm wide tapered aluminum handlebar gives you full control. It is adjustable to 4 positions on the fork plate and can be rotated to 3 other positions to get the perfect riding position you seek.
Like all riders, DUKE owners need easy access to information. In this regard, the KTM 890 DUKE is equipped with an intuitive, slightly variable multicolor TFT display. Most importantly, as the engine rpm increases, the notches on the display change color to indicate when to shift gears, respectively inciting you or warning you when the engine is still too cold to attack the road at full throttle.
The KTM 890 DUKE has taken a long line of electronic riding aids found on the fierce KTM 890 DUKE R and further refined them to make them easier to use and more road-friendly, without hindering performance in any way.
